Our Classes

Our class is a virtual one on one zoom session  discussing your active habits already and how we can implement those into your workout. It also serves as a way me for me to get to know you personally and privately as well.

To book a zoom session all you have to do is either text or call my number and then we can schedule it from there. After the zoom session you will then make the decision if you would like to move forward and start Cutting those calories !

If you would like to move fowad then you will be asked what service you want too purchase. Our services include a personalized work out plan for you to complete and a meal plan as well for you to stay on track.
